How do I pay?
Securely online in rupiah by card, QRIS, e-wallet or bank transfer, or with PayPal when you choose USD, AUD or EUR. You can also pay a 30% deposit now and the rest on the day. Paying in cash on arrival is possible too.
Where do we meet?
BTR Rafting Base Camp, Rendang, Karangasem (or your hotel lobby if pickup is included). The exact point, with a Google Maps link, is on your e-voucher and under "Where we meet" on this page.
Is hotel pickup available?
Yes — choose your area when you book (Kuta, Seminyak, Legian, Sanur, Nusa Dua, Uluwatu, Canggu, Ubud, Sedemen) and we pick you up at your hotel.
How many people can join?
Up to 20 guests in one booking. For a bigger group, message us on WhatsApp and we arrange it.
How far ahead should I book?
Online booking closes 3 hours before departure. Popular dates sell out, so book early.
